In 2010, on his 81st birthday, Bob Moore announced that he was transferring ownership of the company to its employees through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan. The ESOP structure remains in place today, giving every Bob's Red Mill employee a stake in the mill they work in.
Milled in Oregon
