American Blossom Linens was founded to revive a tradition that had nearly vanished from American manufacturing: the domestically-produced cotton bed sheet. By the early 2000s, nearly all sheet production had moved to Asia. Thomaston Mills in Thomaston, Georgia was one of the few that survived — and American Blossom was built around it.

Thomaston Mills has a manufacturing lineage stretching back to 1899. The facility is one of the last vertically integrated textile operations in the United States — a place where raw cotton enters at one end and finished, folded sheets leave at the other. Spinning, weaving, dyeing, cutting, and sewing all happen on-site in Georgia, using American cotton grown in the South.

Every American Blossom Linens product is produced at the Thomaston Mills facility in Thomaston, Georgia. American-grown cotton is spun into yarn, woven into fabric, dyed, and cut and sewn into finished products entirely on-site.

The result is a level of traceability rare in home textiles: each product can be traced from cotton field to finished product without leaving the American supply chain. The sheets are percale-woven, soft from first wash, and built to last through years of weekly laundering.
