Heritage & History
Oxford is one of the oldest and most recognized names in American stationery and filing products, producing index cards, ruled notebooks, and organizational supplies for over a century. The Oxford name became synonymous with quality ruled paper products — particularly the 3x5 and 4x6 index cards that generations of American students used for flash cards, research notes, and recipe files.
As part of the ACCO Brands portfolio, Oxford benefits from the resources of a large American manufacturer while maintaining the product quality that built its reputation.
Made in the USA
Oxford stationery and filing products are manufactured in the United States at ACCO Brands domestic facilities. The paper is sourced from American mills, ruled and processed to Oxford specifications, bound or cut into standard formats, and packaged domestically.
For students stocking up for a semester and organizations buying stationery by the case, Oxford provides American-made stationery with over a century of quality consistency. Made in the USA since the card catalog was king.
