American-Made Finds

Sonder Los Angeles was founded in 2015 and makes the products listed here in Los Angeles, CA. The site lists 5 verified American-made Sonder Los Angeles products.
Which boards say USA
Sonder's own product pages for the Alfred, Welton and Franklin walnut boards and the Winsome maple board state US origin. The Alfred page reads "handcrafted in small batches right here in the USA from sustainably sourced American Black Walnut." The Alfred is named for a Los Angeles coffee shop and has a juice groove, three built-in compartments, finger grips and removable rubber feet on both sides.
Which boards don't
The pages for the Highland teak board and the Motley tri-wood board give no country of origin, and the same is true of several other Sonder boards and bread boxes. We have not found a Sonder statement on where those are made.
If origin matters to you, buy the walnut or maple models, which carry the brand's USA statement, and check the packaging on anything else.
